No Returns on Opened Products!

If you wish to return an unopened and unused item, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be in its original packaging and in resellable condition. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund or exchange based on your preference, minus the cost of return shipping.
Damaged or Faulty Products:
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the item. We may request photographic evidence of the damage to assess the issue. In cases where the product is confirmed to be defective, we will offer a replacement or refund, including any return shipping costs.
